"It's been great and we feel safe in the apartment complex. We have great access to multiple places to eat & get haircuts. The leasing team was amazing and one of the best places we have lived! They have great communication & we would recommend this place!"
From my initial inquiry to current, the Leasing Office has continued to be responsive to my inquiries and concerns in a very timely manner. The service level has not diminished. Staff is timely in response time to both general inquiries and work order requests.
"Legacy Town and Flats is a great community to live at! My husband and I have lived here for over six years and love the location and the atmosphere that Legacy creates. The leasing office and maintenance team are always super friendly and happy to assist you as quickly as possible with any issue that may occur. The apartment complex is kept up very nicely! They have a dog park, which is super convenient for us. Can't wait till they update the dog park, with better ground coverage and hopefully a water station. They have a small pool and Jacuzzi, which is nice to use during the summer time. Lots of great places to go walking around the community and the neighborhoods behind Legacy Town and Flats. I also feel super safe at the apartment complex and excited to see some new restaurants coming in right next-door that we can just walk to for dinner."
