The Waverley Apartments

I lived at the Waverley for a year and a half and loved every moment of it! The location is very safe and secure, and is walking distance to local restaurants and bars. My unit was directly off of East St. and faced west so I had an amazing view of downtown Indy! It does get a little noisy at times since the apartments are right next to a train track and helipad, but you will eventually get used to it. The office staff is extremely friendly and are all very helpful! If I were to live downtown Indy again, I would 100% come back to the Waverley!

I have lived here for the last 3 years and loved it so much. I am sad to leave, but my job has taken me elsewhere. Response time to maintenance requests is incredible. The office staff are always around and so polite. One of the maintenance guys even helped me change my tire once which was above and beyond. The location can’t be beat and the amount of space plus a garage for my car is almost impossible to find in a downtown setting, but the Waverley has it all. Neighbors are so friendly! I would recommend this place to everyone!!

The Waverley has been a great place to live over the last year. Since taking over the leasing office, Lauren, and Brittany have been doing an incredible job and truly care about the residents. They always do their best to work with you, no matter the situation, and have done a great job putting modern touches around the complex. The maintenance team is also very quick and responsive to any issues that you may have arise. I have lived at apartment complexes in the past that only care about collecting your rent money, but this place is different. I appreciate the fact that there are not a bunch of hidden "amenity" fees, what you see is what you get. Parking is very reasonable (compared to the other complexes), the gym is small but is fine for a quick workout (the Irsay Y is only a 10 min walk, highly recommend), the free internet has surprisingly been plenty fast for 2 people working from home, and the pool/hot tub are awesome. My fiancé and I just renewed our lease and are looking forward to another year at the Waverley. If you are looking for an affordable place to live in downtown Indy, this is it.
